Description
• Creates dynamic, on-brand content about CRS’ mission • Executes multimedia storytelling strategies to engage online audiences • Supervises video/multimedia editor • Collaborates on multimedia projects and campaigns • Travels to CRS programming around the world
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, communications, marketing, international development or related field • Minimum of four-six years of relevant work experience required • Minimum of two years of supervisory/management experience • Master’s Degree (preferred) • Experience with web, virtual reality and podcasts (preferred) • Working knowledge of private-sector fundraising (preferred) • Ability to write and edit in Spanish (preferred) • Fastidious research, writing and editing skills • Adapts to all varieties of communication • Track record of successful collaborations with writers, editors, print and web designers, multimedia producers and engineers • Detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately • Proficient in video editing, videography and photography • Proficient in software packages, including: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, project management tools, video and photo editing platforms • Proficient in both Mac and PC platforms • Working knowledge of SEO and content marketing
