📋 Description
• Leads and analyzes the financial status of the company • Works with the CFO to develop strategic financial goals and prepare financial reports and audits • Ensures compliance and accuracy of financial reporting internally and externally
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Economics or Finance. • Solid knowledge of not-for-profit accounting and U.S. Government funding regulations for non-profit organizations • Minimum 10 years of financial and/or program management experience within an international operations environment, with a minimum of 7 years in a supervisory position • Past experience in managing large geographically distributed programs including multiple projects and/or service delivery efforts • Demonstrated experience in building and leading teams • Experience in business change projects and/or business process improvement • CPA or MBA (preferred)
