📋 Description

• Reporting to the Corporate Controller • Manage billing & revenue processes in NetSuite • Oversee day-to-day billing operations • Approving Sales Orders, Credit Memos, Invoicing, and Adjustments • Be the NetSuite Administrator • Manage a team of 6 billing specialists • Assist with financial reporting, and general ledger • Manage multiple month-end close processes • Assist with year-end audit requests • Create financial reports for senior management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting from an accredited institute of higher education • 8+ years’ experience in accounting and finance • CPA • NetSuite experience required • Great people skills, including written and verbal communication • Experience in a software company with subscription-based business • Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to work with a high degree of autonomy • Preferred Qualifications: Public accounting experience preferred.
