β€’ Responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating processes, systems, and user requirements for Gateway β€’ Lead OverOps Gateway Team, convene Team Meetings, manage Team schedules β€’ Work closely with technical and business teams to document their processes β€’ Develop a strategic three-year vision for Gateway

Requirements

β€’ B.A. in Business Administration and/or related certification with strong human-centered or user experience design curriculum required. Master's degree in related field preferred β€’ Minimum of five years related experience, including experience working with global agencies β€’ Demonstrated experience translating analog business processes into requirements for Salesforce or other CRM β€’ Strong understanding user experience (UX) design best practices and how UX correlates to training and support costs β€’ Demonstrated experience working with technology in challenging environments β€’ Strong leadership, coordination and interpersonal skills β€’ Excellent oral and written communication skills β€’ Fluency in English required; working ability in French or Spanish strongly preferred β€’ Ability to travel up to 25% overseas to conduct business process mapping and troubleshooting
