Description

• Provide technical advice and leadership in digital supply chain solutions. • Collaborate with Country Programmes and partners on strategies for supply chain digitalization. • Capture country-specific business requirements and provide tailored solutions for health supply chain needs. • Design and implement capacity strengthening initiatives for staff and partners. • Represent the organization at global and regional forums for collaboration and influence.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in supply chain management, information technology, international development, or a related field (or a bachelor’s degree with significant relevant experience). • Minimum of seven years of work experience in digital supply chain transformation, project management, or system implementation, ideally within a global health, government, international development, or humanitarian context. • Strong understanding and application of technical principles and concepts in supply chain digitalization. • Track record of contributing to successful business development activities capturing public and/or private donor funding in the use of technology for supply chain management. • Experience and skills to represent the organization at meetings with donors, government, international NGOs, local partners. • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing eLMIS, ERP, and/or inventory management solutions. • Proficiency in MS Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Web Conferencing Applications and understanding of information management systems.
