• Qualify inbound leads and identify new sales opportunities. • Establish relationships with customers and identify upsell opportunities. • Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives to support ABM strategies. • Work with Customer Success team for a smooth transition from sales closure to implementation. • Relay customer issues and experiences to engineering and product teams. • Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Experience using Salesforce • Demonstrated consistency as a top performer closing Enterprise level deals in tech industry. • Experience in outbound prospecting to generate high-quality leads, with a strong potential for closing deals. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. • Proficient with Google Office Suite and other software tools. • Experience with Drift, Crunchbase, outreach preferred but not required. • 3+ years of experience in a SDR or AE role selling SaaS products to customers of varying sizes, ranging from SMB to enterprise. • Familiarity with data and APIs is beneficial. • Some experience collaborating with internal executives and cross-functionally with other teams. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
