Description

• Support with implementation of the company's overarching strategy in line with business objectives and growth plans. • Oversee the entire recruitment and hiring process, collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and attract premier talent. • Collaborate with various teams to promote employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction. • Manage comprehensive processes to ensure seamless transitions for both incoming and outgoing staff. • Champion initiatives that reinforce a culture of belonging and ensure equal opportunities for all employees. • Organize and execute company offsites and key engagement events. • Support with decision making regarding HRIS and related technologies.

Requirements

• At least 4 years in first rate talent organization, with experience owning talent acquisition processes and an understanding of HR best practices and employment laws. • Comfortable operating in ambiguity while building and maintaining stage-appropriate infrastructure and processes to enable scale. • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. • Exceptionally strong written & verbal communication skills; strong translator between different audiences and context-aware. • Excited to own processes and their outcomes, rises to the occasion with high executional rigor. • Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
