Description
• Responsible for organizing domestic shipments in line with temperature control requirements. • Accountable for appropriate transport solutions based on customer requirements. • Communicate daily with warehouse staff. • Monitor shipment progress and update milestones in TMS. • Manage customer queries and complaints effectively.
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED Required. • 1-3 years’ experience in the airfreight sector and knowledge of the air industry. • Strong understanding of cold chain logistics and temperature-controlled logistics solutions preferred. • Experience working within the Pharma or Healthcare industry preferred.
