Description
• CSCI is seeking a highly experienced Accountant to Lead and provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) for financial statement reporting for a large Department of Defense (DoD) client. • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in overseeing the preparation and analysis of audited financial statements, responding to external auditor inquiries, and advising on financial policies.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • Department of Defense Secret Clearance • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) • Minimum 3 years of specific experience relative to DoD General Fund (GF) operations • Familiarity with Statement of Federal Financial Accounting Standards (SFFAS), OMB Circular A-11 and OMB Circular A-136 • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
