• This position is responsible for designing, analyzing, writing code, modifying and debugging CSG product applications • May perform release testing; interface with end-user to define requirements and complete technical documentation • Assist with detail architectural designs for software solutions and provide guidance on complex software development assignments • You will take the ownership of code deployment releases and promotions within CTE and Production environments • You will build highly available, scalable, resilient and maintainable systems • You will continuously improve assigned areas by applying scripting, automation or application packaging • You will resolve complex engineering problems • You should have the willingness to learn from and coach those around you • You will demonstrate a strong work ethic, a commitment to excellent customer service and teamwork

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field • At least 3-5 years of software development experience • Knowledge in object oriented analysis and design with the ability to practice across multiple languages • Own and deliver Features as set of Ascendon Configurations for Explore/Buy/Use/Bill/Pay/Leave/Do not Pay journeys • Job requires experience and ability to create Catalog items such as Pricing Plans, Offers, Billing and Charging Rules and Discounts for Media/Telecom industry • Business processes in Fulfilment, Assurance and Billing • Good understanding of telecom offerings for services in voice/data/VAS in local and roaming scenarios • Experience in MNP and Roaming TAP procedures • Safe Agile experience to deliver Features through set of sprints with customer feedback • Ability to work with Customer Requirements and turning them to Features • Skills on scripting and any programming language for automation, CICD will be advantage • 2+ years experience working with AWS – certification a plus • 2+ years experience working on a DevOps team • Troubleshooting experience from an operations perspective in a 24 hour oncall setting • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and ability to serve in a scrum or product owner role as needed in a self-organizing, high-performing team
