• Provide process and solution overview knowledge to pre-sales in the pre-project phase. • Assist pre-sales on any potential customer RFP and system demonstration. • Provide inputs to pre-sales on the solution proposal and project scoping. • Ensure the technical viability of solutions as defined in the statement of work. • Assume overall responsibility for defining a solution that matches our client's needs. • Guide the project team through project implementation, and testing of the system requirements. • Review test plans to ensure coverage of system requirements. • Manage specification studies in multiple areas and phases. • Be the primary contact point for client's business interests and manage issue resolution. • Address customers' questions during training/uat. • Identify issues, impact assessments, root cause analysis, and communicate with responsible personnel for solution. • Deliver feedback to product management to ensure future releases meet ongoing needs.
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering (Electrical, Software, Telecommunications) or Business (with major in Computing). • +8 years of experience as business/software consultant in IT/telecommunications and has experience in project delivery managing the implementation of standard package product and Telecom BSS/OSS solutions. • +5 years of experience with implementation of CSG Interconnect core (ICT) or Wholesale domain experience. • Proficiency in English, Spanish and Portuguese in a business environment is a must. • Excellent knowledge of an integrated DW solution, demonstrating the expertise of several products or modules. • Knowledge of the system suggesting Product Management for more optimized features with less customization in the future. • Telecommunication industry knowledge, such as carrier business operations, telecom network architecture. • Competent in SQL language in Oracle, able to write SQL DML query, function, and package development. • Competency in Oracle APEX. • Competent in Unix / Linux command line.
