Description

• Developing and Maintaining UI Libraries: Lead the creation and maintenance of scalable UI libraries, ensuring consistency and reusability across products and platforms. • System Creation and Evolution: Take full ownership of the design system, with hands-on experience in creating or evolving design systems from the ground up. • Collaborating Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and senior designers to ensure the design system aligns with product requirements and enhances user experiences. • Ensuring Design Consistency and Quality: Ensure that all design elements—such as storyboards, process flows, and UI components—adhere to the product’s visual and functional standards. • Knowledge of Accessibility Standards: Ensure all designs follow accessibility best practices and comply with standards such as WCAG to provide inclusive and usable experiences for all users. • Continuous Improvement Based on Feedback: Make layout adjustments and refinements based on user feedback, ensuring the final product is both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional.

Requirements

• Proven experience in developing and managing design systems and UI libraries for SaaS products. • At least 1 year of experience in UI/UX design for digital products. • Experience working with and contributing to design systems in a professional environment. • Expertise in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe). • Knowledge of Accessibility standards and best practices for inclusive design (e.g., WCAG compliance). • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience. • Proficiency in English within a business environment.
