• Provides overall technical leadership for large and complex architecture solutions involving a major product or implementation step, which may include research and technical investigation. • Ensuring end to end functionality of the software is within scope of the business needs, and the solution interfaces successfully with the customer’s enterprise architecture. • Translate customer requirements into software specifications. • Proactively identifies and defines methodology, processes and quality assurance requirements. • Collaborates, coaches and mentors the architect and development team to promote product and industry knowledge. • Recommends and ensures compliance with standards.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or Telecommunications. • Extensive Experience in Software Architecture involving Telecom Customer Care, Commerce, Cross domain big data applications, Cloud Native Patterns, Microservices, Low Code Platforms, Machine Learning Models and Gen AI. • Experience in enterprise integration Architecture (WebLogic middleware, Oracle, BPEL, Service Oriented Architecture). • Demonstrate solid programming ability in a major programming language –Java and C++ preferred. • Experience with cloud computing infrastructure - AWS or Azure are preferred. • Solid grasp of relational database platforms and access patterns – SQL preferred. • Excellent analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex problems that require complex methods or theories. • Solid team leadership skills to exchange ideas and create a common understanding of project work from conception through issue resolution. • Broad understanding of business technology, telecom networks, and data structures. • Background in IT/Telecommunications industry, wholesale or reseller business is preferred.
