• Responsible for implementing client solutions, supporting 4G PCRF, 5G PCF, SMSC, USSD. • Ensure high-quality product launches, configuration changes, and technical troubleshooting. • Provide technical expertise and conduct solution acceptance testing. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex network-related issues. • Act as the escalation point for critical technical issues. • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics & Telecommunications, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Strong understanding of network-based solutions (4G PCRF, 5G PCF, SMSC, USSD). • Experience in Linux installation and administration. • Knowledge of IP LAN/WAN design and administration. • Hands-on experience with database administration (MySQL, Oracle) and relational databases. • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Perl, Bash, JavaScript, Ansible. • Exposure to virtualized/cloud-based architectures (VMware, AWS, Azure). • Familiarity with Web Service configuration/administration (Apache Tomcat). • Understanding of SS7, Sigtran, MAP, SMPP, Diameter protocols. • Experience with Elasticsearch, X-Pack, Kibana is highly desirable. • Basic knowledge of Java and/or C++ coding methodologies is beneficial. • Experience in CRM, Billing, and Order Management projects is a plus.
