• As a Software Development Engineer II in Ascendon R&D, you will have the opportunity to work with an experienced team developing solutions for the Ascendon platform. • You will work collaboratively with other CSG cross-functional delivery teams in North America, India, and Australia, working to create efficient and reliable software solutions. • You will leverage industry best practices and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, test automation, Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment to ensure project requirements and industry standards are met. • You will design, develop, test, and maintain software applications or systems. • Your responsibilities may also include troubleshooting issues, optimizing code, and stay current with emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science or related field. • 3-5 years of technical experience in the telecom BSS domain in solution design and/or product development. • Demonstrate solid programming ability in languages like C#/Go Lang. • Experience on Amazon Cloud Services (AWS) or Cloud Native Computing Foundation services. • UNIX/LINUX environments exposure to develop, deploy, and manage applications is preferred. • Be effective at communicating and collaborating across multiple teams, ensuring understanding of both verbal and written material. • Have technical knowledge in software development, methodologies, and design. • Experience in SAFe/Scrum/Kanban is favorable. • Have analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience gathering and analyzing information for the development of effective solutions to problems or situations. • Be a self-motivated individual who works well in a team environment.
