📋 Description
• Our Content Developer will research, design, write, edit and produce knowledgebase articles and training materials for business system computer software for customer and internal consumption • Gain operating knowledge of software features by utilizing existing documentation and enlisting the help of subject matter experts • Research, analyze and propose the use of appropriate development tools compliant with content import capabilities to the Learning Management System • Develop standards and guidelines, organize content and determine format for articles and multiple training modalities • Write documents using innovative methods in format and overall design • Produce training materials following instructional design standards and guidelines
🎯 Requirements
• Technical writing competence including graphics/visual layout skills • Excellent written communication skills including the ability to edit for precision and style • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing • Ability to organize information according to instruction theory principles • Flexibility in reacting to changes in project requirements and shifting priorities • Ability to work independently and as a team member
