Requirements

• Bachelors/Masters degree (preferably Computer Science or Software Engineering). • 2+ years of Java software development experience using object-oriented methodology. • 2+ years expertise in developing web-based applications using Java, Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Boot, Web Services and Jasper Reports. • Good front end and UI development experience. • Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS and AJAX. • Working experience of Oracle database and able to write SQL queries. • Must demonstrate a high degree of courtesy, efficiency and professionalism when communicating with colleagues, internal and external customers. • Demonstrated technical and analytical skills, including the ability to understand and communicate complex technical information. • Must have good problem solving skills. • Must be team oriented. • Must have good written and communication skills in English. • Nice To Have Microsoft Azure DevOps / VSTS. • Demonstrated ability to solve moderate to complex application problems independently. • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Previous development experience with J2EE/Jakarta EE, JSP, Servlets, Spring Security, JDBC, Apache Ant and Maven/Gradle. • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery, Vue.JS and Angular.JS. • Experience with Oracle database server or other relational databases and available toolset. • Experience Linux environments. • Experience performance tuning a production application through code and database improvements. • Experience working in a team environment using a Source Configuration Management tool like Subversion. • Understanding of software development life cycle. • Familiarity with one of the major J2EE/Jakarta EE IDE tools, Eclipse or IntelliJ. • Experience developing reports with Formula1. • Experience supporting production environments a plus.
