Description

• Plans, monitors and coordinates internal projects from initiation through completion. • Coordinates required resources, and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes. • Coordinates projects to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs. • Provides competent and professional coordination to assigned projects and programs, working in support of the Project/Program Manager. • Supports effective communication, documentation and reporting as directed.

Requirements

• College degree, preferably in a related technical subject, business or industry-related subject or equivalent related work experience. • 1 - 3 years’ experience in related fields and/or in the area of project coordination, customer support and administration. • Experience in using formal project management methodology, techniques, and tools. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with Microsoft Project and Visio preferred. • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
