Description

• Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects under the guidance of senior project managers • Support the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables • Help develop project plans, schedules, and associated communication documents • Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders as directed • Coordinate with project stakeholders on a regular basis • Assist in resource estimation and allocation for project activities • Track project milestones and deliverables, providing updates as required • Support the preparation and submission of budget proposals • Maintain project documentation, including progress reports and status updates • Identify potential project risks and support the development of mitigation strategies • Attend and participate in internal and customer-facing meetings • Assist in managing changes to project scope, schedules, and costs • Support the development and growth of business relationships essential to project success

Requirements

• PMI-PMP certification is preferred but not mandatory; candidates who are actively pursuing certification will also be considered. • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field experience. • 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the IT sector • Familiarity with project management software such as ConnectWise and Moovila is a plus • Basic understanding of Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum methodologies • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Occasional travel may be required (up to 10%)
