• Collaborate with team members effectively • Proactively source and review new candidates for technical positions • Build and maintain candidate pipelines • Guide hiring managers and candidates through the selection process • Update and maintain detailed documentation on all active and passive candidates • Use Linkedin and Google Xray to create boolean searches
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree • Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs & Sheets) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively • Desire to learn about recruiting best practices • Organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated • Willingness to work in flexible hours
