Description

• Lead and execute small paid pieces of work from conception to completion • Define the scope and quote on the work • Daily time tracking for billable hours • Create detailed technical documentation for implemented solutions and configurations • Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation • Interface with clients to understand their needs

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment • Proficient in Linux and Windows server administration • Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) • Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) • Knowledge of common Networking infrastructure • Knowledge of Azure Networking • Experience with Aruba, FortiNet and Juniper hardware • Clearpass or NPS experience
