📋 Description

• Support Marine Corps clients with microgrid project analysis and development. • Conduct technical analyses and write memos for project documentation. • Coordinate project execution and oversee construction efforts. • Assist with testing of microgrid systems and develop best practices. • Create informative presentations for stakeholders and leadership. • Travel to project sites for meetings and monitoring.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Business, or related discipline with 6 years of directly related experience. • Experience developing, designing, or constructing microgrid or electrical utility distribution systems. • Results oriented with track record of delivering complex projects. • Strong attention to detail with excellent time management, project management, and follow through. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Capability to work as a member of a team as well as be a self-motivator with ability to work independently in both a virtual and in-person environment. • The candidate must have the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Common Access Card (CAC) for this position. • Master’s Degree in Engineering, Construction, Business, or related discipline preferred. • Knowledge of Navy and Marine Corps structure and operations preferred. • Experience with Department of Defense construction, contracting vehicles, and legal authorities preferred. • Experience conducting power flow analysis and modeling preferred.
