• Join us in revolutionising the way we understand and mitigate human risk. • Drive expansion into mid-market accounts, developing and managing the sales cycle. • Generate leads and build a multi-channel sales pipeline. • Close new business to exceed quarterly and annual bookings objectives. • Develop strong relationships in your accounts and partner networks. • Collaborate with marketing and channel teams to enhance lead generation. • Work closely with product and customer success teams to gather feedback. • Help develop relationships with partners in preparation for funding rounds.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience selling cyber security software or similar SaaS services to mid-market clients. • A demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Solid experience in building and managing personal end-to-end sales cycles and pipelines. • Proven track record of leveraging Channel Partners to drive value into the deals. • Experience in negotiating and closing large value deals with cross-functional input. • Start-up experience or ability to work in a small, dynamic team with little structure. • Technically competent in Cyber Security facets like GenAI, AI, Human Risk Management. • Strong understanding of how cyber security threats impact Human Risk Management. • Proven track record in a similar role with ambitions for fast growth. • Self-starter, hunter mentality, and entrepreneurial mindset.
