Description

• Manage project management activities for assigned functional areas. • Coordinate and manage execution of all assigned projects and contracts. • Drive resolution and approval of project plan, lead analysis, project identification, budget and integration. • Improve overall effectiveness of Manufacturing Operations Excellence. • Engage with Plant Manufacturing Engineering and supply chain teams. • Organize customer requirements utilizing Voice of the Customer. • Manage analysis, project identification, design, budget and communication of project plans. • Responsible for approving business workflows and project design, assessing business needs and project manager capabilities. • Monitor project success measures and evaluate the status of specific projects.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, or related field and 2 years of experience as an Industrial, Manufacturing or Quality Engineer, Project Manager or related position. • Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, or related field and 5 years of experience as an Industrial, Manufacturing or Quality Engineer, Project Manager, or related position. • Experience includes cross functional knowledge in designing and developing of project plans; Value Package Introduction; Voice of the Customer; Value Package Profile (VPP); Schedule Management Tools; Resource Plan Management; FMEA (Failure modes and effects analysis); Project Risk Management.
