• Managing the production and delivery of digital content within the Creative Services team. • Overseeing the coordination of and managing traffic for digital specific projects. • Managing end-to-end production of digital projects including websites, digital ads, and social media campaigns. • Overseeing project budgets and ensuring financial accountability. • Maintaining production schedule and master calendar of digital projects. • Managing multiple projects of varying complexity and scope simultaneously. • Providing mentorship to Traffic Coordinators.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent work experience. • 5+ years of experience in an in-house agency or digital creative agency. • Strong budget management or financial reporting skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Deep understanding of web, email and social media best practices.
