Description

• Work with the Automation Capability Consultant and business areas during various phases of projects. • Focus on process modeling efforts as part of current state business design discovery and future state business design definition efforts. • Participate in assessing, structuring and planning automation implementation projects. • Research new advanced automation capabilities focused on Cognitive and AI. • Partner with the Automation Leader to pilot and operationalize new automation capabilities. • Define detailed business improvements and capture workflow transformations. • Develop future state business design, including definitions of goals, KPIs, process definition, and business rules. • Enhance current processes and provide end-user training material. • Engage with leaders for operational strategy and understanding automation's value.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent work experience. • 7 years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Business Continuous Improvement, Cognitive/AI or related field. • Working knowledge of business design definition, including strategy, goals and metrics, business capabilities, business rules, business information and organizational setup. • Successful application of business analysis skills. • Proficient business design, business modeling, testing and solution definition skills. • Strong communication, facilitation, and analytical skills. • Manage a team of automation specialists and direct work as necessary. • Understanding of BPM and or RPA modeling and requirements tool(s); experience with IBM BPM and RPA requirement.
