Description

• iTech AG is looking to hire a ServiceNow Developer to support our federal government contract. • Provide software configuration across various technical areas. • Analyze business requirements and develop technical requirements. • Develop and design application modules, workflows, and catalog requests. • Configure the ServiceNow application. • Carry out unit testing and defect resolution. • Assist in the migration of the changes to production. • Assist with technical design and documentation. • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Three (3) years of experience with development in the ServiceNow platform. • Exposure to providing support to code migrations through multiple environments. • Experience with Agile development environments. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • ServiceNow CAD certification (preferred).
