📋 Description

• This position will be working in a virtual environment to improve the efficiency and productivity of financial services professionals. • This position will support multiple financial service professionals, as assigned. • The incumbent, via a centralized location, provides operational, marketing, and administrative support to assigned financial services professional(s). • Support the marketing efforts of the program. • Assemble seminar packets. • Coordinate logistics of seminars. • Maintain lobby marketing materials supply. • Coordinate mailings. • Execute basic marketing activities at the member level birthday cards newsletters. • Administrative support to financial services professional(s). • Coordinate the financial services professional(s) schedule. • Maintain financial services professional(s) calendar. • Set up and confirm appointments with members. • Manage phone calls for financial services professional(s). • Order supplies. • Create and manage contact information. • Support success of program. • Coordinate and track referrals. • Conduct training with CU employees on program processes. • Program reporting. • Support TruStage Wealth Management Solutions (TWMS) Compliance initiatives. • Maintain confidential member information by adhering to TWMS’ policies and procedures for data security and privacy.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • Ability to work well within a team environment, as well as independently • Strong organizational skills • Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing • Comfortable working both face-to-face and over the phone with people • Strong attention to detail • Previous experience with Salesforce and proficient with Microsoft Office tools
