Description

• The Senior Product Marketing Manager will develop and lead the positioning and messaging for our literacy products. • Build awareness of our solutions and articulate how our solutions help schools and educators. • Partner closely with internal teams including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Educator Success. • Bring strong written and presentation skills, a passion for serving educators. • Deeply understand the market and our customers. • Create best-in-class product positioning and messaging. • Collaborate with Product Management to influence product roadmap decisions. • Foster strong cross-functional communication and collaboration.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of the K-12 literacy ecosystem • Creative and collaborative orientation • Demonstrated effectiveness working cross-functionally and collaborating with a broad spectrum of stakeholders • Ongoing learner – able to learn and incorporate new and complex concepts quickly. • Results oriented – follow through to complete assignments. • Effective decision making, ownership, and accountability • Able to handle ambiguity and favorably navigate through stressful situations and pressing deadlines • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Strong results orientation and project management skills • Ability and interest in collecting and analyzing data to drive action • Excellent problem solving and analytical capability
