• managing and delivering Portfolio & Location Strategy services to clients • driving data collection and analysis • supporting in the scoping, development and presentation of client deliverables • optimizing existing business portfolios and identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies • helping clients identify the most favorable location for new or relocating business operations • developing and delivering team initiatives • actively participating in business development opportunities

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience within strategic real estate portfolio management • experience in management consulting or other consultancy roles • first degree and/or post graduate degree in relevant subject • member of the RICS a benefit but not essential • bi-lingual - Spanish & English
