• Lead and mentor a team of design professionals • Foster a collaborative and creative environment within the design team • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members • Develop and manage team project timelines, budgets, standards, varying complexity of projects, and resource allocation • Ensures that all processes and design standards are documented and communicated to the design team and implemented effectively • Create, implement and manage Revit templates and design assets • Educates design professionals on best practices within design software • Manages client design standards; recommends new standards for continued improvements
• Bachelor’s degree from a CIDA or NAAB accredited institution in Architecture or Interior Design • 10+ years of professional design experience • 5+ years of experience managing and mentoring design team • 7+ years of Revit experience in a professional setting • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite software applications • Excellent customer service and interpersonal relationship skills • Strong oral, written and presentation skills • Assumes ownership of requests in order to ensure successful completion • Willingness to travel (minimal travel expected)
