• Manage all procurement activities of complex projects • Make impact by supporting high-level strategic procurement plans • Work with clients and stakeholders on early project lifecycle • Develop long-term support plans including procurement reports • Integrate third party plans into procurement plans • Provide analysis to project managers and clients • Support risk assessments and project execution plans • Review/approve invoices from subcontractors • Lead development of project contracts and negotiations • Provide procurement progress reports and analysis • Interface with stakeholders as a trusted advisor • Support change management processes and lead contract closeouts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field • 8 or more years of related experience in working as a procurement expert on capital projects • Direct experience in capital equipment procurement • Subcontract buyout experience, with a focus on mechanical, electrical and process • Direct experience working on capital projects over $200million USD • Experience within the construction industry required
