Description

• Responsible for Aero shop repairs, module exchanges, and exchange/spare engines. • Manage on time project delivery and profitability. • Interact with Regional Sales and the Aero Alliance. • Own key strategic customers during shop repair visits. • Develop and lead business changes. • Mentor other team members. • Ensure clear understanding of budget, shipping and billing requirements. • Manage Shipping process. • Ensure costing validation and inputs to the billing process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University, preferably in a technical or business degree. • Minimum of 5 years experience with Aeroderivative repairs and exchanges or equivalent. • Ability and willingness to travel (~10%). • Demonstrated project management skills and passion for Project Management. • Skilled at leading and influencing cross functional team members in a matrix organization. • Skilled Communicator; professional and tactful in oral and written communications with multiple GE functions/levels and with the Customer. • Excellent planning and organizational skills. • Ability to set realistic objectives, accurately appraise situations, detect risks and issues, and collaborate with GE internal teams and customers to find win-win solutions. • Embraces and demonstrates sensitivity to culture of customer and internal team members. • Experience interpreting or applying Contract terms & conditions and binding agreements. • Understanding of GE financial processes, revenue recognition, costs, margin, and quarterly forecasting. • Direct customer-facing experience.
