• Reside in the Global Think Tank and report to the Head of Americas Insights • Support the development of analysis, research, and thought leadership • Gather and analyze data, interpret information to identify market trends • Produce research deliverables for thought leadership and proposals • Maintain proprietary and third-party databases with local market data • Ensure accuracy of reports, data, and adherence to corporate standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 3+ years of experience in research, real estate experience preferred • Exceptional project management and organizational skills • Business development experience • Experience with Power BI (preferred but not required) • Familiarity with programming (e.g., Python) and APIs (preferred but not required) • Team player/collaboration • Accountability/ownership • Attention to detail • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of the complexities and rules within the CRE industry along with key market metrics and indicators
