• Develop project plans for new transitions, scheduling, assigning tasks, and managing reporting. • Procurement of equipment for new facilities using various internal and external systems. • Identify risks and develop contingency plans with cross-functional teams. • Prepare and facilitate meetings to review deliverables. • Ensure compliance with quality standards throughout the transition process. • Manage relationships and work streams with internal teams and vendors. • Maintain safety protocols essential for construction sites. • Demonstrate outstanding organizational and time management skills. • Lead and facilitate meetings with internal and client stakeholders. • Build and maintain positive client relations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience • 2+ years of related work experience • Experience in project planning for new site transitions • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Project management software proficiency (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana) preferred • CAPM or PMP certification preferred • Leadership experience in managing teams preferred • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred • Experience in material handling equipment, industrial maintenance, or supply chain logistics preferred
