Description

• Develop project plans for new transitions • Schedule and assign tasks • Manage and facilitate reporting internally and to the client • Execute training plans • Procure equipment for new facilities • Identify risks and develop contingency plans • Develop and implement repeatable processes • Prepare for and facilitate meetings to finalize deliverables • Ensure compliance with client quality standards • Manage relationships with internal teams and third-party vendors • Perform tasks safely and efficiently

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent work experience • 2+ years of related work experience • Experience in project planning for new site transitions • Demonstrated proficiency in creating and working with documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and Asana (preferred) • Certification as a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) (preferred) • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams (preferred) • Possess OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (preferred) • Experience in material handling equipment, industrial maintenance, or supply chain logistics (preferred)
