Description

• The Operations Project Administrator provides administrative support to deliver projects within the established budget and timeline. • Administrators should have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures in administrative support. • The Project Administrator is expected to apply experience and knowledge to provide solutions when guidelines will not meet expected outcomes. • Collaborate with others, including co-workers and clients, as needed to devise the best solutions, optimize administrative processes. • Provide high-quality, efficient service with a focus on helpfulness and teamwork. • Capable of independent work on complex tasks within a competency. • Provides quality control review.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required • 2+ years of experience in an office administrative role • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in office policy and process management • Excellent time management skills • Strong oral and written communication skills • Must be discrete; a commitment to maintaining company confidentiality and privacy guidelines is a requirement • Strong professional judgment, problem-solving ability, and financial skills to assist in making sound business decisions • Ability to collaborate with a multi-department team • Ability to learn and operate proprietary software and other computer systems • Computer literate – especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook • Able to pass a background check/drug test/driving record check • Dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license and insurance • Authorized to work in the United States • Computer Aided Design (CAD) experience is preferred but not required
