Description

• Act as both a software engineer and a liaison between customers and developers. • Responsible for coding, developing requirements, and providing technical leadership. • Analyze integration processes for efficiency and improvements. • Perform coding tasks required for integrations. • Provide guidance and mentorship to the offshore team. • Serve as the technical point of contact between customers and development team. • Gather, analyze, and document customer requirements. • Evaluate and estimate time and resources for tasks. • Manage activities of the offshore team to meet project milestones. • Oversee integration processes ensuring alignment with customer expectations. • Monitor project outcomes to meet quality standards and requirements. • Update stakeholders on project status, challenges, and solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software integration, development, or a related technical role. • Strong proficiency in software development and coding practices. • Experience with programming languages such as PHP, Python, or JavaScript. • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. • Knowledge of databases such as SQL or NoSQL databases. • Experience with API integrations and file-based data exchange. • Understanding of web technologies and frameworks. • Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams. • Demonstrated ability to analyze processes and implement improvements for efficiency. • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, especially with non-technical stakeholders. • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail.
