β’ This is a remote position. β’ We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QuickBooks Online Bookkeeper to manage our company's financial records. β’ The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial information, reconciling accounts, and generating financial reports. β’ This role requires strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and a solid understanding of accounting principles. β’ Create and maintain accounting records using QuickBooks Online. β’ Reconcile all accounts as needed. β’ Interface with outside accounting experts such as tax CPA, auditors, and QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor consultants. β’ Assist in running and customizing reports that provide business analysis and results. β’ Perform banking functions as required. β’ Manage vendor and customer records, including contact information, payment terms, and other relevant details. β’ Prepare and distribute invoices to customers. β’ Manage bills received from vendors. β’ Record bank transactions and prepare payroll. β’ Track cash balance and provide regular cash flow reports. β’ Customize and memorize reports for various stakeholders. β’ Reconcile bank accounts and perform account analysis on assets and liability accounts. β’ Prepare and file payroll and sales tax reports.
β’ Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related role. β’ At least 1 year of experience working with QuickBooks Online. β’ Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. β’ Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. β’ Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy. β’ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. β’ Strong customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with clients. β’ Associate's degree in accounting or business administration preferred.
