• Build strong relationships with customers, providing quality consultation and timely, accurate responses • Support customers with the management of their Supplier Diversity Programs by understanding their current state, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting the development of strategies to help customers achieve their goals • Oversee the activities related to customers’ quarterly reporting, including supplier outreach, accuracy, and compliance, and the compilation of reports • Analyze customer reports, monitor trends, anomalies, and other insights, then provide actionable consultation to customer • Ensure strict confidentiality and security of customer and customer’s 3rd party (e.g., supplier) data • Maintain organized and complete records, ensuring that documentation for each customer is kept current in shared files • Acquire and maintain knowledge of Supplier.io products and services • Conduct training for customers and suppliers • Contribute to the growth and efficiency of the Managed Services team • Partner with cross-functional teams, such as Project Management, Customer Success, Data, and Product • Perform additional professional services as an extension of customer Supplier Diversity or Procurement Programs such as ad-hoc report creation, benchmarking data compilation, supplier certification or affidavit collection and other support services as assigned • Manage larger or more complex accounts independently and with utmost professionalism • May mentor other members of the Managed Services team • May contribute to special projects within the department, such as process improvement, new processes, and creation of new materials
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 5+ years in a consultative customer-facing role, either in Managed Services or Implementations • Experience with enterprise-sized customers, ideally with Fortune 1000 companies • Demonstrated success using data and analytics to provide consultation to customers, resulting in strong customer relationships • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions independently • Exceptional communications skills in spoken, written, and presentation form • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing requests from customers • Working knowledge MS Office Suite • Knowledge of supplier diversity, procurement, or supply chain is a plus
