Description

β€’ As a Learning & Development (L&D) Consultant, enhance employee knowledge and capabilities. β€’ Lead continual learning and professional growth in the Group Claims organization. β€’ Develop and improve L&D programs for scalability and effectiveness. β€’ Facilitate training programs for various audiences, both virtually and in-person. β€’ Conduct root cause analysis to enhance department performance. β€’ Act as a role model, demonstrating a positive and client-focused attitude.

Requirements

β€’ Extensive knowledge of the claims industry, particularly in Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Absence, Life, and Life Waiver of Premium Insurance products. β€’ Experience in claims management best practices. β€’ Passion for people, collaboration, and relationship-building. β€’ Dynamic facilitation skills for both virtual and in-person settings. β€’ Experience in providing and receiving feedback and coaching. β€’ Ability to influence across various audiences and manage multiple priorities effectively. β€’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills. β€’ Excellent communication skills with professional candor in discussing business issues. β€’ Ability to support change management in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Strong presentation skills and keen interest in technology and emerging solutions.
