• Fulfill the company purpose of helping people on their path to better health. • Drive quality execution of administrative support for Prior Authorization. • Provide support for the Prior Authorization/Appeals Operational and Client Support teams. • Work closely with internal and external departments to ensure effective execution. • Participate in projects related to the Clinical Authorization System, configuration, and process improvements. • Manage workflows for specific lines of business including case management. • Document ideas for enhancements and facilitate meetings.

Requirements

• 5 years of work experience in Customer Service in Healthcare. • Proficiency with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. • Interpretation of regulations and communicating that interpretation to others. • Strong CAS and/or MedHOK systems knowledge preferred. • Self-motivated and ability to adapt to change quickly. • Ability to meet strict deadlines. • Proven capability to work with people at all levels of an organization. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
