• Help build MHBP business in FEHBP and PSHBP • Responsible for providing education and increasing health plan awareness • Execute and monitor strategic plans including community outreach and member education • Facilitate outreach activities, special events, and presentations • Deliver presentations to potential members • Address service issues in a timely manner
