• 2-5 years of experience in B2B lead generation, appointment setting, or business development, with a proven track record of success. • Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, paired with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets in a professional environment. • Experience in high-volume outbound calling; prior experience working within lead generation teams is a plus. • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is advantageous.
