📋 Description

• Consistently achieve lead generation goals by identifying and nurturing potential sales opportunities through professional outbound calls. • Develop and execute action plans to improve results, leveraging data analysis and sales process expertise to drive performance. • Provide constructive feedback to managers on campaign effectiveness and collaborate with internal and external customers professionally. • Build strong relationships across teams, fostering collaboration through effective communication, presentation, and active listening skills. • Maintain accurate records and updates in Salesforce CRM, ensuring seamless data management and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in B2B lead generation, appointment setting, or business development, with a proven track record of success. • Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, paired with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets in a professional environment. • Experience in high-volume outbound calling; prior experience working within lead generation teams is a plus. • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is advantageous.
