• Manage cybersecurity initiatives and stakeholder relationships. • Coordinate with teams for resource allocation and timely execution. • Serve as a point of contact for updates on progress, risks, and issues. • Monitor program performance for improvements and enhance processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in delivery within a technology context. • 3+ years of experience with project methodologies and tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Asana. • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing cybersecurity or IT initiatives. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong leadership and team management capabilities. • Excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. • Detail-oriented to manage complex deliverables. • Project management certification or Cybersecurity certification is a plus. • Experience in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or government is a plus.
