• Build strategic relationships with state agencies and community organizations • Develop policies for supporting member access to permanent supportive housing • Serve as health plan liaison • Provide training and education for internal staff and external stakeholders • Support Care Management & Utilization Management staff
Requirements
• 5 or more years of experience in public sector, managed health care • Minimum of 2 years experience in assisting the elderly and persons with disabilities to secure accessible, affordable housing • Must be a resident of Florida (Miami or surrounding areas)
