Description
• Full time remote position requiring proficiency in delivering telephonic and group coaching. • Work schedule includes Monday-Friday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm and rotating shifts. • Utilize a collaborative process to engage and promote members in health decisions. • Conduct comprehensive evaluation of members’ health status and risk. • Provide coaching and support to empower members for healthy lifestyle choices.
Requirements
• 3+ years of health and wellness coaching experience required. • Bachelor’s degree in health-related field required. • Certification in health and wellness coaching. • Experience facilitating health/wellness presentations both in person and virtually. • Experience in wellness related areas like weight management and stress management. • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications. • Ability to communicate, problem solve, and work effectively with people.
