• Full-time position with 40 hours/week in telephonic and group coaching. • Work schedule is Monday-Friday, with set evening shifts and rotating weekends. • Engage, educate, and promote members’ health decisions through comprehensive evaluations. • Establish care plans based on analysis of health status and risks. • Use motivational interviewing skills for member engagement and support. • Develop and monitor plans of care collaboratively with members. • Follow internal policies and compliance guidelines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of health and wellness coaching experience required. • Bachelor’s degree in health-related field required. • Certification in health and wellness coaching required. • Experience facilitating health/wellness presentations. • Experience in wellness related areas like weight management and tobacco cessation. • Advanced knowledge of computer skills including MS Office applications. • Demonstrated ability to communicate and solve problems effectively. • Ability to work both individually and in groups. • Preferred: Master's degree in Public Health, Exercise Physiology, or Nutrition. • Background in motivational interviewing and evidence-based coaching techniques preferred. • 1-3+ years of experience with medical documentation in EMRs preferred. • Certification from National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching preferred.
