Description

• Lead and own the direction, development, and execution of digital experience monitoring platforms. • Execute a comprehensive product- and engineering-centric program. • Manage budgets and resources effectively. • Foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Ensure that digital products adhere to established policies. • Build and lead a high-performing digital experience team. • Implement, monitor, and operate digital experience monitoring technologies. • Act as mentor for the Digital Experience team. • Conduct workshops and training sessions for internal teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years managing IT systems and platforms. • 5+ years leading high performing engineering/operations teams. • Experience creating scripts with PowerShell, Bash or other scripting languages. • Digital workplace tool management expertise. • Experience implementing modern management of endpoint devices. • Experience using automation to drive continuous improvement. • Proven experience in Endpoint Technologies with strong understanding of monitoring architecture. • Proficiency creating Tableau dashboards and with digital experience products.
