• Lead Developer for healthcare analytics and reporting at Aetna • Design and develop Python code for new capabilities • Communicate analytical findings to stakeholders • Monitor and maintain applications • Leverage Python to develop new reporting solutions • Refactor legacy code for modernization • Deliver clinical or analytic solutions in a self-service manner

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Python • Proficient in Polars, NumPy, and Pandas • Proficient with XML, JSON, YAML • Proficient in Git version control systems • 5+ years in a technical analytics/reporting role preferred • Experience with SQL query development • Ability to work with large data sets • Proficient in Plotly and Dash • Experience with front end development (REACT, HTML, CSS) • Experience with cloud computing providers (GCP, Azure) • Excellent English communication skills • Strong collaboration skills
