• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a product manager, product owner, product designer, software developer, or a related field • Experience defining, maintaining, and prioritizing a product backlog that is well-defined, clear and actionable • Proven ability to manage and execute product development processes, including but not limited to primary research, data analysis, prioritization, communications, and change management • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience engaging and presenting to diverse audiences at all levels • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
