Description

• Responsible for increasing member and provider satisfaction, retention, and growth. • Overall supervision of Customer Service employees. • Develops, motivates, evaluates and coaches staff on work procedures and teamwork. • Monitors performance measures and allocates resources. • Attracts, selects, and retains talent to achieve business goals. • Analyzes constituent data and acts on needs to improve services. • Applies and enforces Aetna HR policies and practices effectively.

Requirements

• 4 years experience with member/call center environment. • 2 years leading member/customer service team. • Experience in a Medicaid and/or Medicare setting preferred.
